Ingredients

450 g parsnips, quartered
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cm ginger, peeled and grated
2 tbsp olive oil
225g small onions, peeled
Method
Preheat oven 200° C Gas 6
1) boil the parsnips for 5 minutes, drain and return to the pan to dry
2) mix together, soya sauce, honey, mustard, ginger and oil, add the parsnips and onions and mix until coated
3) place the parsnips and onions in a roasting tin and cook, turning occasionally for 25 minutes.
