Indian mix, used with fruits and vegetable salads.
Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black peppercorns, 1/2 ajowan seeds, 1 tsp dried pomegranate seeds, 1 tsp black salt, 1 tsp coarse salt, large pinch of crushed dried mint leaves, 1/4 tsp ground asafoetida, 2 tsp mango powder, 1/2 tsp cayenne , 1/2 tsp ground ginger.
Method
Grind the whole spices and salt to a powder, then mix in the mint, asafoetida, mango powder, cayenne and ginger.
