Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup slice ripe olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups sliced iceberg lettuce
Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp crumbled dried sage leaves
1/8 tsp garlic salt
Method
1) layer the vegetables in abowl
2) combine all dressing ingredients mix well, por over salad. refrigarate foe 1 hour before serving.
