Ingredients
5 dried bay leaves, 2 tsp dried thyme, 1 tsp dried marjoram, 1 tsp dried rosemary, 2 tsp grated nutmeg, 2 tsp cloves, 1 tsp cayenne, 11/2 white peppercorns, 11/2 coriander seeds.
Method
Grind all the ingredients, until you obtain a fine mix.
