These dressing can be kept for a couple of days in the refrigerator, adjust the quantities to fit your needs, they are great with salads or to serve with grilled meat
Tomato Tahini Nama
3 small tomatoes
juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
3 tbsp nama shoyu or tamari sauce
3 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fresh oregano chopped
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth, add little water if necessary
Avocado Nama
2 ripe avocados
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
2/3 cup water
2 tbsp, apple cider vinegar
the juice of 1 lemon
4 tbsp, nama shoyu, or tamari sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp curry powder
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth, add little water if necessary
Mama Taste Good
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup coconut meat
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mellow miso
sea salt
3 pitted dates
1 tsp dried dill
1 large pinch cayenne pepper
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth, add little water if necessary
Curry Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
the juice of one lemon
2 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp curry powder
1 garlic clove
1 inch fresh ginger
1/3 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth, add little water if necessary
Cashews Dressing
2 cups soaked cashews
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp nama shoyu or tamari sauce
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp lime juice
2 cups cucumber, diced
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth, add little water if necessary
Sunny Dressing
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup water
2 cups soaked sunflower seeds
4 green onions
juice of 2 lemon
8 tbsp, almond butter
1-2 tsp salt
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tsp curry powder
Blend all ingredients together in a mixer until creamy and smooth.
