Ingredients
125 g white grapes, seedles or pips removed
125 g apple, peeled,seeded and chopped
125 g pear, peeled,seeded and chopped
8-10 rarafia biscuits or almond flavoured cookies , crumbled
200 ml crème fraîche with 1 tsp sugar, mix well
125 g light brown sugar
2 tbsp butter
Method
1) in the hot butter fry the apple and pear pieces, for 3 minutes,remove and cool
2) arrange the grapes apple and pear in a soufflé dish or in individual ramekin dishes, crumble the biscuits on top
3) spoon over the crème fraîche, chill for 1 hour
4) sprinkle the brown sugar over the cream and grill for 2 minutes.
