Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1/2 tsp crushed garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp chopped parsley
3/4 cup chopped celery
14 -ounce can pimientos, drained and chopped
3 green onions, choppes
salt and pepper to taste
Method
1) rinse the garbanzo beans in cold water, drain, combine beans with other ingredients, allow to stand several hours. Stir periodically to be sure all flawors are well- mixed. Served chilled.
