Garlic Prawns Recipe From Spain
Ingredients
4 tbsp olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, crushed
16 cooked whole mediterranean prawns
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
lemon wedges and French, bread, to serve
Method
1) heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute, until the garlic begins to turn brown
2) add the prowns and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, coating them well with the flavoured oil
3) add the parsley, remove from the heat and serve in heated bowls, with the flavoured oil spooned over them
Serve with lemon wedges for squeezing and French bread to mop up the delicious juices
