Ingredients
4 tbsp rolled oats
250 ml double cream
2 tbsp runny honey
2 tbsp whisky
Method
1) place the oats on a piece of foil and toast under the grill, until golden brown
2) mix the cream, honey and whisky, and beat until thick and creamy
3) stir in the oats, and beat until the mixture form soft peaks
Serve on a plate ,garnish with some fresh fruits, peeled and sliced.
