Ingredients
6-8 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
2 cups white vinegar
½ cup sugar
Method
1) bring to a boil all the ingredients together, reduce to low heat and simmer for about an hour, until mixture is thick.
2) cool mixture slightly and puree in a blender or food processor.
3) Pour mixture into a jar and allow to cool completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
