2 dried red chillies, 25 g coriander seeds, 15 g cumin seeds, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 15 g black peppercorns, 2 fresh curry leaves, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1 tsp ground turmeric.
Method
Remove the seeds from the chillies, dry roast the whole spices until darken, cool, then grind to a powder, dry roast the curry leaves in a pan , then grind and add them to the mixture with the ginger and turmeric, blending well.
