Ingredients
2 large pomegranates
125 g green olives, stoned and chopped
bunch of coriander leaves, chopped
8 spring onions, chopped
125 g walnuts, coarsly chopped
Dressing
11/2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
pinch of red pepper
salt
1) cut open the pomegranates and extract the seeds, combine with the other ingredients.
2) make the dressing with the dressing ingredients. pour over the salad.
