Ingredients
350 g peeled prawns
175 gt medium fat cream cheese (ricotta, or diet cheese)
3 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp lemon juice
sea salt and black pepper
2.1/2 tbsp chopped dill
dash Tabasco sauce
Method
1) purée the prawns with the cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, add the dill, salt and pepper, satir in the Tabasco, blend again
2) pile into a dish and chill.
