Ingredients
12 large raw tiger prawns, peeled
8 sorrel leaves
2 garlic cloves, chopped
4 tbsp mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp hot chilli sauce
45 g softened butter
1 tbsp olive oil
slices French bread
Method
1) process in blender, sorrel, garlic, mayonnaise, slat pepper and chilli sauce
2) butter each slices of bread on both sides
3) heat the oil in frying pan and fry the slices of bread until golden brown on each sides
4) remove and drain on kitchen paper
5) add the prawns to the frying pan and cook 1 minute on each sides
6) spoon the sauce on the bread and arrange the prawns on top.
