Ingredients
1 lb raspberries
1 pint best cider vinegar
1 lb sugar
Method
1) put the fruit and vinegar into a dish, cover and leave to soak for 3 to 5 days
2) when ready, strain off the liquid into a saucepan and set over a low heat, add the sugar in a slow stream and stir until dissolved, boil for 10 minutes, take of the heat, allow to cool and then bottle.
