Ingredients
2 serving vermicelli or thin spaghetti
3 tbsp dark sesame oil
4 green onions, cut in 1/2" pieces
1 (1") piece ginger root, pared and quartered
3 cloves garlic
1/3 cup peanut butter (plain or chunky)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp rice or white vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Method
1) process all ingredients except vermicelli in food processor until roughly chopped
2) cook spaghetti as directed, drain , toss in the sauce .
