Ingredients
50 g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
zest and flesh 1 orange
flesh 1 pink grapefruit
4 tbsp icing sugar
200 g light soft cheese
4 biscuits, roughly crushed
Method
1) melt the chocolate in microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, stir in the orange zest, and set aside
2) beat the sugar into the cheese, mix with the orange and pink grapefruit
3) split the crushed biscuits into individual bowls, spoon over the cheese, mix and serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce, chill for a crisp chocolate topping.
