Ingredients
1 ready- made pizza base
5 tbsp ricotta cheese
6 slices smoked salmon stripped
2 tbsp rinsed capers
1 tbsp dill chopped
freshly ground black pepper
Method
1) spread the pizza with a layer ricotta cheese, top with the smoked salmon and the capper
2) cook according to the pizza base pack instructions
3) sprinkle with the dill and black pepper.
