Method 1
1 cup burgundy wine
1 small onion, minced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp pepper
Combine ingredients in a pan and heat. Cool marinade and add meat. After marinating beef for 2 hours.

1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp mustard Grey Poupon mustard or Maille mustard
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
cloves garlic, crushed
Combine all ingredients. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef .Marinate beef overnight.

1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup Grey Poupon mustard or Maille mustard
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
Combine all ingredients. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef. Marinate beef overnight.

1/4 cup sherry cooking wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp light brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
Combine all ingredients. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef .Marinate beef overnight.

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp lemon and ground black pepper s
1 tsp garlic crushed
Combine all ingredients. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef for about 2 hour.
Method 6
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
3/4 c. olive oil
Few drops Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. minced fresh basil
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Use mixture to marinate any lean cut of beef for about 2 hour.
