Ingredients
1 tbsp coriander seeds, 1 1/2 tsp caraway seeds, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tsp dried crushed chilli.
Method
Pound all ingredients, then dry in a preheated oven 100C gas 1/4, for about half hour, when dry, grind to a fine powder.
