5 cups sesame seeds
1 1/2 cups olive oil or vegetable oil
Method
Preheat the oven to 180°C gas 4
1) Cook the sesame seeds for 10 minutes, shaking the seeds frequently, do not brown. cool for 30 minutes.
2) pour sesame seeds into food processor and add oil, blend until smooth, tahini keeps well in the fridge, covered with a little olive oil.
