Ingredients
4 large tomatoes
25 g herb butter
For the herb butter
75 g butter
1/2 tbsp chopped tarragon
1/2 tbsp chopped chevril
1/2 tbsp chopped dill
1/2 tbsp chopped chives
1/2 tbsp chopped mint
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Method
To make the butter
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
1) cut the tomatoes in half and grill until soft and nicely browned
2) put 1 tsp butter on top of each tomatoes and return to the grill for a moment to melt the butter.
