Traditional Chai Tea Recipe
Ingredients
4 tsp tea 4 whole cloves 1 cup condensed milk or double cream 1/4 tsp ground cardamom, crushed 1/4 tsp ground ginger honey, to taste
Method
1) in a pan mix 3 cups of boiling water with the tea, leave for 5 minutes
2) strain the tea, then add the cloves, cardamom and ginger, simmer for 8 minutes, strain the spices, then add milk and honey.
