Ingredients
250 g tuna fish in oil, finely minced
1 kg floury potatoes, boiled, peeled and mashed
3 eggs
salt
mayonnaise Mayonnaise Sauce and Derivatives
Method
1) add the tuna to the mash potato, stir in the eggs, season to taste, work the mixture to a paste, shape it into a loaf , wrap in a cloth, tie with string and lower into a pan of cold water, bring to the boil and simmer for 1 hour
2) drain, unwrap and allow to cool. Slice and serve with mayonnaise.
